ZAGREB, June 4 (Hina) - Germany has purchased "The Marshall", a Croatian film directed by Vinko Bresan, which it intends to play in cinemas specialising in art films, Interfilmpress said on Monday. "The Marshall" has already premiered
in Berlin, receiving major media coverage. Tagesspiel daily says the film is a "brilliant comedy about eternal former companions, but also about new capitalist businessmen." The Zitty guide says the film is "mandatory viewing... Bresan's humour is based on deadly seriousness which makes the laughs it engenders all the more uproarious."
