BELGRADE, May 21 (Hina) - Yugoslav Army Chief-of-Staff Nebojsa Pavkovic said today afternoon the return of Yugoslav troops in the central part of the "Sector B" buffer zone between Serbia and Kosovo was "mainly completed". The
deployment of Yugoslav military and police troops began today morning. The taking over of the remaining 70 square kilometres rendered the buffer zone established after NATO operations in 1999 by the Kumanovo Agreement between Belgrade and NATO practically non-existent. The military part of deployment in the most sensitive part of Sector B has been completed without the army entering residential areas. Serbian police will enter residential areas with mostly Albanian population by the end of the day.(hina) lml sb
