ZAGREB, May 11 (Hina) - An agreement was signed at the Croatian Ministry of Public Works, Reconstruction and Construction on Friday on partnership in the reconstruction of war-ravaged areas whereby the Adventist Agency for Assistance
and Development from Germany will finance the reconstruction of 200-300 houses in the Lika and Baranja regions. Deputy Reconstruction Minister Venko Curlin said this was the seventh agreement on the reconstruction of war-ravaged areas whereby international donors assist Croatia within the Stability Pact for South Eastern Europe. Every building demolished in the 1990s war, for which a request has been submitted, will be reconstructed by the end of next year, in line with a government decision, said Curlin.
