Prevlaka. The U.N. Security Council on Tuesday held a closed-door session at which it discussed a report by Secretary-General Kofi Annan on three-months' work of the U.N. military observers' mission in Prevlaka (UNMOP). Members of the Security Council are satisfied that the situation in Prevlaka is peaceful and stable, said the British Ambassador and incumbent chairman of the Security Council, Jeremy Greenstock. According to Greenstock, Belgrade and Zagreb are urged to renew as soon as possible their dialogue on Prevlaka, which was discontinued more than two years ago. The U.N. Secretary-General is expected to submit another report before a decision on the UNMOP mandate is adopted on July 15.(hina) sb rm
