Ivosevic, whom police discovered as one of the accomplices of James Capau, who killed Slisko in Zagreb a month ago, was arrested on Saturday and kept in custody for questioning by an investigating judge. Emir Midzic, Ivosevic's court-appointed defence attorney, told reporters his client was suspected of being an accessory to a first-degree murder committed out of revenge or other base instincts. The lawyer added the State Prosecutor's Office was going to launch an investigation. On Monday Ivosevic will be interrogated by Judge Zoran Luburic, who is in charge of this case.
