ZAGREB, April 18 (Hina) - The Croatian government will consider a draft act on socially-oriented house building so that citizens with average income can purchase flats in an easier manner. Under the act which the Ivica Racan cabinet will discuss tomorrow, citizens will be able to pay the instalments for the flat 31 years. The means for the purchase of such flats will be ensured by their future owners, the state, local units and other companies and individuals who will find interest in such house building. The government should ensure means for th stimulation of this kind of house building every year, and this year, the budgetary means for this purpose will be 90 million kuna (USD 10.46 million). This amount will be sufficient for the construction of 1,500 flats. Tomorrow the government will consider a report on the enforcement of the law on the war veterans' rights. It is also expected to support a project called

It is also expected to support a project called "Druzbadria" on the technical integration of oil pipe-lines "Druzba" and "Adria" which will make it possible for Russian oil to be exported via the Croatian port of Omisalj.
