MILOSEVIC WILL BE TRANSFERRED BACK TO PRISON

Autor: ;RMLI;
BELGRADE, April 13 (Hina) - A Belgrade District Court investigating judge, Goran Cavlina, has decided that Slobodan Milosevic should be transferred back to Belgrade's central prison on Friday afternoon. The decision to return Milosevic to prison was made in line with the findings of a doctors' team. Milosevic had been taken to hospital on Wednesday evening due to a heart condition. The latest news was confirmed today by one of Milosevic's attorneys who said Milosevic would be returned to the same cell he had been put in upon his transfer to prison on April 1. "Milosevic will have no different treatment than he has had so far," the attorney said. Milosevic's transfer back to prison was also confirmed by the Yugoslav Communications Minister and vice-president of the Democratic Party, Boris Tadic.(hina) rml
