HERCEGOVACKA BANK SHARE-HOLDERS CANCEL SARAJEVO MEETING

MOSTAR, April 11 (Hina) - Representatives of share-holders of Hercegovacka Banka cancelled a meeting with officials of Bosnia-Herzegovina's central bank in Sarajevo. At the meeting, scheduled for Wednesday, they should have met Toby Robinson, the transitional administrator of the Hercegovacka bank, who was appointed by the international community's High Representative to Bosnia, Wolfgang Petritsch. Petritsch appointed the emergency administration in the bank, seen by foreign diplomats as the financial backbone of the Croat-self rule. Petritsch's orders were carried out by assistance of the NATO-led Stabilisation Force (SFOR) a few days ago when the operations of the said bank were blocked. The share-holders cancelled the meeting as they saw only today the publishing of Petritsch's decision in the official gazette. The other reason for the cancellation was the fact that officials of the
