ZAGREB, April 10 (Hina) - Croatian Foreign Minister Tonino Picula will participate in a regional meeting of foreign ministers from south-eastern European countries in Skopje on Thursday, spokesman of the Croatian Foreign Ministry

The meeting in Skopje will be attended by foreign ministers of Albania, Bulgaria, Greece, Yugoslavia, Macedonia, Romania, Turkey, Hungary, Slovenia and Bosnia-Herzegovina, as well as US Secretary of State Colin Powell. Even though the Croatian media speculated that Picula and Powell would hold talks in Skopje and not in the the United States, this will not happen, a diplomatic source told Hina. of the Croatian Foreign Ministry Goran Rotim told Hina on Tuesday.
The meeting in Skopje will be attended by foreign ministers of
Albania, Bulgaria, Greece, Yugoslavia, Macedonia, Romania,
Turkey, Hungary, Slovenia and Bosnia-Herzegovina, as well as US
Secretary of State Colin Powell.

The visit has been postponed until late May or early June, due to
Powell's travel to Skopje.
The meeting in Skopje will discuss the issues of security and
stabilisation in the Balkans, particularly the situation in
