ZAGREB, April 10 (Hina) - Croatian Foreign Minister Tonino Picula will participate in a regional meeting of foreign ministers from south-eastern European countries in Skopje on Thursday, spokesman of the Croatian Foreign Ministry Goran Rotim told Hina on Tuesday. The meeting in Skopje will be attended by foreign ministers of Albania, Bulgaria, Greece, Yugoslavia, Macedonia, Romania, Turkey, Hungary, Slovenia and Bosnia-Herzegovina, as well as US Secretary of State Colin Powell. Even though the Croatian media speculated that Picula and Powell would hold talks in Skopje and not in the the United States, this will not happen, a diplomatic source told Hina. "Powell will not hold bilateral talks with anyone in Skopje", the same source said. Picula could, however, hold talks with Yugoslav Foreign Minister Goran Svilanovic. The meeting in Skopje will be attended by foreign ministers of Albania, Bulgaria, Greece, Yugoslavia, Macedonia, Romania, Turkey, Hungary, Slovenia and Bosnia-Herzegovina, as well as US Secretary of State Colin Powell.
