BELGRADE, March 25 (Hina) - Yugoslav army and Serbian police troops moved into a large section of a buffer zone around Kosovo on Sunday. Troops entered the zone from both Yugoslav republics -- Montenegro in the west and Serbia in the
north. The deputy Commander of the 15th brigade, Colonel Ljubisa Ivic said that Yugoslav allied forces would not pass through villages and would avoid contacts of any kind with civilians. Yugoslav army and Serbian police troops are returning to the buffer zone sector C-west and Montenegro sector A. The two sectors are 263 kilometres long and five kilometres wide. Based on a NATO Security Council decision, the KFOR commander, Italian General Carlo Cabigiuso and the commander of the Yugoslav allied security forces Ninoslav Krstic reached an agreement on the return of Yugoslav forces in Merdar on Friday.
