OSIJEK, March 14 (Hina) - Within their visit to Croatia, representatives of the US Air Force War School on Wednesday toured the Croatian Armed Forces' Djakovo District (eastern Croatia). After their visit to the war-hit town of
Vukovar and the mass grave of Ovcara, they held talks with Major General Slavko Baric, the commander of the Djakovo district on its organisation. They were acquainted with the presentation of the battle for Vukovar. The head of the US delegation, that is visiting Italy, Croatia and Bosnia-Herzegovina on its study tour, Captain Craig Austad, said that for them it was particularly important to understand reasons for the war which had stricken the area.(hina) ms
