This was about Russian projects which should be carried out in Zagreb so that a part of the debt of the former Soviet Union to Zagreb companies, which totals 120 million US dollars, might be repaid. According to Zagreb representatives, the priority will be given to a project of the construction of suburban railway lines. There are also plans to establish a joint company for the production and reconstruction of railway transport vehicles. INA, the Croatian national oil company, would like to open a few petrol stations in Moscow. MOSCOW, March 12 (Hina) - A delegation of Zagreb city authorities,
that is on a three-day visit to Moscow, on Monday held talks with the
Moscow authorities in charge of the economic progress, on joint
projects of the two capitals.
This was about Russian projects which should be carried out in
Zagreb so that a part of the debt of the former Soviet Union to

Moscow and Zagreb representatives also discussed possibilities for
enhancing the cooperation in public health, pharmaceutical
industry and tourism.
The Russians show interest in the purchase or construction of
facilities at the Adriatic coast.
The Moscow's culture committee head Sergej Iljic, informed the
Zagreb delegation that he would help organise the tour of Bolshoi
Theatre or the Moscow City Theatre in Zagreb.
Moscowians will be able to visit performances of actors of
'Kerempuh' theatre and Zagreb musicians.
A concrete agreement on the cultural cooperation will be signed
during the visit of the Zagreb delegation of cultural workers in
Moscow in one month.
Zagreb Mayor Milan Bandic told his hosts that his city was
considering the possibility of erecting a monument to Pushkin.
Zagreb officials, who will tomorrow wrap up their visit, went
sightseeing after today's talks.
