ZAGREB, March 7 - There will be no delay in the upcoming census in Croatia in 2001 and the material for Croatian citizens living or working abroad will arrive on time, Croatian Prime Minister Ivica Racan said in the Croatian
parliament on Wednesday. Zdenka Babic-Petricevic of the Croatian Democratic Union (HDZ) wondered whether Foreign Minister Tonino Picula would be relieved from his duty due to the late arrival of the census material. The Prime Minister said no. Commenting on the models of further privatisation, Vice Premier Slavko Linic said the government wanted workers to participate in the ownership of companies and to enable the worker to hold the majority share in them.
