DUBROVNIK DUBROVNIK, March 5 (Hina) - Commenting on the issuing of an indictment for the destruction of the southern Croatian town of Dubrovnik by the Hague war crimes tribunal, the head of the Croatian Victimology Society and former
justice minister, Zvonimir Separovic, told reporters on Monday the city was the greatest victim of culturecide of our time although it had been under international protection. Both those who committed the crime and those who failed to prevent it are guilty of the destruction of the city, he told reporters in Dubrovnik. Speaking about possible culprits, Separovic told reporters that the names of General Pavle Strugar, Admiral Miodrag Jokic and Milan Zec were being mentioned.
