MOSTAR, March 3 (Hina) - The international community's high representative in Bosnia has voiced concern about the alleged intention of "radical individuals" to use the Croatian People's Assembly, to be held in Mostar on Saturday, to
establish illegal parallel structures for their personal gain. Parallel institutions and the corruption they make possible can only lead to the further enrichment of a small class of corrupt people, High Representative Wolfgang Petrisch said in a statement delivered to Hina on Friday evening. He pointed out that any individual implicated in illegal activities or activities directed against the Dayton peace accords, including the establishment and keeping of parallel structures, was subject to sanctions. Petrisch is authorised by the international community to replace political officials, and can also abrogate political parties.(hina) ha
