ZAGREB ZAGREB, Feb 28 (Hina) - An exhibition on Slovaks living in Croatia was opened in Zagreb on Wednesday. The event, organised by the Bratislava House of Slovak Emigrants, was opened by Slovak Ambassador Jan Petrik. The exhibition displays texts in the Slovak language and photos presenting the life of Slovaks in Nasice, Osijek, Ilok, Zagreb, Rijeka and smaller towns inhabited by the Slovak minority. The exhibition was staged in Bratislava between December 3, 1999 and June 1, 2000, after which it visited Nasice, Josipovac, Osijek, Ilok and Rijeka. According to the 1991 census, about 6,000 Slovaks live in Croatia.(hina) rml
