ZAGREB, Feb 19 (Hina) - Croatian President Stipe Mesic on Monday received a delegation of the Stabilisation Force main headquarters, headed by Lieutenant General Michael I. Dodson, the President's Office said in a statement. The talks
focused on the situation in Bosnia-Herzegovina. It was stressed that many opportunities for progress had been created and that this year was crucial for Bosnia-Herzegovina. The SFOR delegation stressed that a mass return of refugees was still not taking place, adding that people wanted to return but local administration was creating problems. The delegation also stressed that numerous international organisations were leaving the country, even though their assistance at this moment was more than necessary.
