agreement on restricting the growth of salaries in the public sector for 2001 with those union centres which are prepared to accept that the salary policy this year has to benefit the stabilisation of economy, Linic told a news conference he held jointly with Finance Minister Mato Crkvenac and Croatian Central Bank governor Zeljko Rohatinski. We are still trying to gather all union centres, but should this
fail, we will reach an agreement with those who are willing to
