KRIZEVCI, Feb 12 (Hina) - Croatian parliament speaker Zlatko Tomcic on Monday evening called upon retired general Mirko Norac to surrender and prove his innocence. "It is chivalrous to defend Croatia, it is chivalrous to receive the
rank of general and its privileges but one also demonstrates chivalry by defending his honour when confronted with war crime accusations", Tomcic said on Monday evening in the central Croatian town of Krizevci.
