KONFIN, Dec 10 (Hina) - The Croatian and Yugoslav foreign
ministers, Tonino Picula and Goran Svilanovic, signed a protocol on
a temporary regime along the southern border between Croatia and
the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia, at the Konfin border crossing
between Croatia and Montenegro on Tuesday. #L#
The deadline for signing the agreement was December 15 when the
mandate of the U.N Mission of Observers on Prevlaka expires. The
protocol will help the two countries to overcome the period until
the final solution on the sea border is reached.
