"The proposed and adopted state budget is a reflection of our real
possibilities and corresponds to the situation at home and to
international circumstances," Rados said at the founding assembly
of Libra's branch in the northern town of Cakovec.
He added that what made citizens feel uneasy was the constant
changing of laws.
