affects the already poor rating of television programmes.

Forum 21 on Thursday accused the Croatian Radio and Television
Council of having failed to remove the causes of a crisis in
professional conduct on the national television since the
appointment of the editorial team, led by editor-in-chief Jasna
Ulaga Valic, and therefore could not disclaim responsibility for
the current state of affairs.
