"Croatia's legal dispute with the Hague-based tribunal is its
legitimate right, but the problem is that Croatia is entering a
harsh political dispute with the tribunal which it cannot win,"
Kajin told reporters at a press conference.
Kajin believes it is possible that the ICTY extends an indictment
against General Bobetko and other Croatian generals and
politicians because of the events in Bosnia-Herzegovina.
He told reporters he had personally asked Prime Minister Ivica
Racan whether he expected that the ICTY chief prosecutor would
arrive in Croatia with new indictments against Croatian
politicians, due to Croatia's military arrangement in Bosnia.
According to Kajin, the prime minister answered in the negative.
