RAIFFEISENBANK AUSTRIA TO PROVIDE LOAN TO RIJEKA CITY

RIJEKA, Sept 17 (Hina) - The Raiffeisenbank Austria (RBA) will provide a 26.6 million kuna loan to Rijeka City, intended for the financing of capital projects such as road and utility infrastructure construction, as well as cultural and sports manifestations. #L# The maturity rate is five years with a one year grace period. The interest rate was set at the level of a three months euribor plus two percentage points, which currently amounts to 5.3 percent per year. The payment of the loan will be carried out every quarter-year. Rijeka's collateral for the loan is the "Dvorana Mladosti" sports hall in Trsat. (hina) lml sb
