The ACI company is owned by the government's Privatisation Fund.
Linic emphasised that the dispute about the ACI marina company
began with irresponsible business activities by previous
management boards and the non-transparent method of doing business
that led to losses and inability to invest.
A special problem that led to the dispute between the Management
Board and individual members was the issue of accounting policies
and the method of compiling final accounts for last year, or rather
the calculation of depreciation costs.
The report submitted by ACI indicates that the company had a loss of
1.34 million euros, or rather an accumulated loss of 18.58 million
euros over the preceding period.
According to the conclusion adopted by the government the new
Supervisory Boards is obliged to report to the government as soon as
possible with a strategy and development plan for the ACI marina
company.
