The president of the Split County Court, Igor Benzon, on Monday,
said the main hearing in the Lora trial would be postponed due to the
illness of Judge Lozina.
"My health is fine, although I have suffered from higher blood
pressure for two days," Lozina said adding that his hypertension
was a consequence of the media reports which said that he had run
away from a site of a traffic accident on 18 April.
At a news conference on Tuesday, Lozina reiterated that he had not
been involved in the said accident and therefore he could not run
away from it.
The announcement of the postponement of the Lora trial was,
according to him, caused by misunderstanding between him and the
court's president.
