Rraci can be sentenced to at least three years in prison if found
guilty, UN spokesman Andrea Angeli said.
Rraci was frequently mentioned in the Kosovo Albanian-language
media over the past several days, after having suspended customs
officer Bedrija Shabani, who made public statements about
corruption in the customs service and showed a map of drugs and
tobacco smuggling routes in Kosovo.
The independent TV station "Koha vizion" from Pristina said Rraci
was arrested on suspicion of cooperating with smugglers.
