ZADAR, April 24 (Hina)- Martin and Zeljko Segaric, witnesses in the trial of Zorana Banic (aged 50), accused of war crimes in Skabrnja in 1991, testified before the Zadar County Court at a closed session on Wednesday.

in 1991, testified before the Zadar County Court at a closed session

In his previous statement Zeljko Segaric claimed that Banic used a
knife to kill his uncle Krste and then fired at the dead bodies of
Skabrnja civilians. Segaric is one of the key witnesses in the re-
trial of Banic. Following today's testimony, which was closed to
the public, Segaric stated that he had confirmed his previous
statement.
