BELGRADE, April 17 (Hina) - The Yugoslav government on Wednesday issued a list with the names of 23 persons indicted by the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia (ICTY), calling on them to surrender and noting that
they had three days for voluntary surrender starting with today. Upon the expiry of the deadline, the Yugoslav Justice Ministry will forward the ICTY indictments to competent courts thus initiating legal proceedings, the government said in a media statement. The list of citizens who have been urged to surrender voluntarily to the ICTY includes Serbian President Milan Milutinovic, former Yugoslav Army Chief-of-Staff Dragoljub Ojdanic, former Yugoslav Deputy Prime Minister Nikola Sainovic, a former Navy Commander, Admiral Milan Zec, three former Yugoslav Army officers - the so-called "Vukovar three" - Veselin Sljivancanin, Mile Mrksic and Miroslav Radic, as well as Milan Lukic, Sredoje Lukic and Vladimir K

calling on them to surrender and noting that they had three days for
voluntary surrender starting with today.
Upon the expiry of the deadline, the Yugoslav Justice Ministry will
forward the ICTY indictments to competent courts thus initiating
legal proceedings, the government said in a media statement.
The list of citizens who have been urged to surrender voluntarily to
the ICTY includes Serbian President Milan Milutinovic, former
Yugoslav Army Chief-of-Staff Dragoljub Ojdanic, former Yugoslav
Deputy Prime Minister Nikola Sainovic, a former Navy Commander,
Admiral Milan Zec, three former Yugoslav Army officers - the so-

Kovacevic.
The government has also issued a list of indictees who are Croatian
and Bosnian citizens, including Stojan Zupljanin, Ranko Cesic,
Savo Todovic, Gojko Jankovic, Mitar Rasevic, Radovan Stankovic,
Dragan Zelenovic, Zeljko Meakic, Momcilo Gruban, Vinko Pandurevic,
Radovan Karadzic, Ratko Mladic and Milan Martic.
The government said that it was willing to provide guarantees for
defence in freedom for all those who surrendered voluntarily,
including the Bosnian and Croatian nationals.
