A letter to High Representative Wolfgang Petritsch cited by
Sarajevo's Catholic Press Agency, relays the message by the vice-
chancellor of the Mostar Ordinariate, don Drazen Kutlesa. The
letter says that during the time of rule of the High Representative
on behalf of the international community, his office had "committed
several systematic acts of injustice towards the Croat people in
the political, economic and constitutional sense," and that
Petritsch had several times publicly "insulted the local bishop",
without ever apologising.
"We do not wish to give any incentive to Catholics, members of the
Croat people, to interpret the associating of any member of the
Ordinariate with the places you mentioned, as approval by the
Church of your insults and injustices towards our people," the
letter reads.
