to continue dialogue on the measure, which is believed to be discriminatory, only when it is rescinded. Croatia's Ambassador to Slovenia Celestin Sardelic replied on Thursday to a protest note from the Slovene side. He explained that directing oil and oil products traffic to railways and the sea was necessary to secure environment protection and the prevention of illegal oil products transport. The Croatian side said in the note, the Slovene Foreign Ministry said, that it expected Slovenia to have an understanding for such a stance, and had suggested a meeting at a level of experts for searching joint solutions, to take place on January 21, in Ljubljana.(hin
