apologised to Seks for saying that "when (Seks) gets drunk, he can't tell Slovenia from Macedonia".
ZAGREB, Dec 23 (Hina) - Slaven Letica, who has been elected to
parliament on the Croatian Party of Rights (HSP) slate, on Tuesday
thanked Vladimir Seks of the Croatian Democratic Union for
withdrawing a libel suit against him. Letica apologised to Seks for
saying that "when (Seks) gets drunk, he can't tell Slovenia from
Macedonia".#L#
"I apologise. That was said in anger," Letica told Seks adding that he
made the statement after Bosniaks and Slovenes had been removed from
the preamble of the Constitution in 1997.
Seks accepted Letica's apology.
During a debate on the make-up of the new government and its
programme, the HSP deputy commented on the hobbies of Sanader's
ministers, saying that their hobbies spoke more than their resumes.
There are no hobbies involving welfare and humanitarian work, said
Letica.
