ZAGREB, Dec 22 (Hina) - A vice-president of the Independent Democratic

Speaking in a TV talk show, Djapic labelled SDSS MPs as participants
in the organisation of the Serb rebellion against Croatia and
mobilisation of Serbs in the Krajina region.
Asked to comment on Djapic's allegations during a break in Monday's
parliamentary session, Pupovac told reporters that he was going to ask
the parliament to distance itself from Djapic's statement "for the
sake of protecting the mandate of parliamentary deputies and the
dignity of voters and parliament", or three SDSS MPs -- Vojislav
Stanimirovic, Ratko Gajica and himself -- would boycott the work of
the Sabor.
Pupovac went on to say that he had informed the Sabor's president and
vice presidents about the request of the Serb deputies. He said that
he had received promises that the parliament's presidency would
consider the request.
Commenting on Djapic's statements, Stanimirovic described them as
"lies, imputations and insinuations".
"It is not true that I am an amnestied Chetnik. I have not been
amnestied because I have never been suspected of anything like that,"
Stanimirovic said.
Djapic told Hina that he had heard that the parliament's presidency
would review the video tape of Sunday's talk show. "If they are going
to watch it, we can show them also a tape in the HSP's possession and
let them see in whose company the gentlemen are, and then we'll see if
they are not Chetniks," Djapic said.
