The government's financial advisors in the sale of 25 percent plus one
INA share were Deutsche Bank and PriceWaterhouseCooper, while its
legal advisor was the law firm Baker&Botts.
The 49.6 million kuna will cover the real costs of consulting services
(US136,000), as well as rewards which account for 1.5 percent of the
505 million dollars Hungary's MOL paid for 25 percent plus one INA
share (or US7.6 million).
