MOSTAR, Dec 9 (Hina) - Reacting to some protests over the erection of a monument to Franjo Tudjman in Siroki Brijeg, a few associations of Bosnian Croat veterans and families of killed and missing Bosnian Croat soldiers issued a
statement on Tuesday defending the unveiling of the monument to the first Croatian President in southern Bosnia-Herzegovina.

of a monument to Franjo Tudjman in Siroki Brijeg, a few associations
of Bosnian Croat veterans and families of killed and missing
Bosnian Croat soldiers issued a statement on Tuesday defending the
unveiling of the monument to the first Croatian President in
southern Bosnia-Herzegovina. #L#
According to their joint statement, the three associations slam
Bosniak (Muslim) politicians and some persons from the ranks of the
Croat people, whom they described as traitors, for criticising the
erection of the monument to the late Tudjman in Herzegovina. The
associations interpret this criticism as "yet another proof of the
dungeon Croats in the present organisation of Bosnia-Herzegovina
and the Bosnian Federation live in."
