Speaking at a news conference in Rijeka, the HSP election
headquarters labelled the statement as Kajin's "lies, pathetic
political imputations and cowardly insults".
The HSP upholds the tradition and the great Croats of Istria and
part of Primorje-Gorski Kotar County, which make up constituency
no. 8, like Ante Starcevic, Eugen Kumicic, and Frano Supilo, as well
as the values defended and created during the Homeland War, the
election headquarters said.
That is why dubbing HSP representatives ultranationalists "is
unfair, untrue and uncivilised, and ultimately slander," it
added.
