SARAJEVO, Nov 19 (Hina) - Bosnia-Herzegovina could start negotiations on a Stabilisation and Association Agreement with the European Union in late 2004, if the country carries out reforms by that time in 16 areas defined by the
European Commission's feasibility study.

The study was handed over to Bosnia's officials on Wednesday.
Deputy Director of the EC international relations directorate,
Michael Leigh, who handed over the answer in writing from Brussels,
told reporters in Sarajevo that the feasibility study was a
positive answer to all what that had so far been made in Bosnia in
the fields of economic and political reforms.
