Presenting in the northern Adriatic port of Rijeka the party's
candidates for upcoming parliamentary elections for constituency
no. 12, in which ethnic minorities vote, Stanimirovic said the SDSS
was "far more organised and more functional" than the Serb People's
Party.
Another candidate, Milorad Pupovac, said that upon entering
parliament the SDSS deputies would do everything to take Serbs out
of the ghetto he said they felt they had been pushed in.
He said parliament's decision to deny ethnic communities double
voting rights was counterconstitutional.
