Minister Antunovic is visiting Ankara, where the sixth
international military industry fair was opened today.
Antunovic and Gonul agreed to resume contacts to help create new
cooperation possibilities. The first opportunity for that will be a
ministerial conference of south-east European countries,
scheduled to take place in Zagreb in November.
Gonul reiterated that his country was ready to contribute to and
help in Croatia's joining NATO as a full member as soon as possible.
He said that he would strongly support Croatia's request for
membership at next year's NATO summit, which will be held in
Istanbul.
