ZAGREB, Sept 25 (Hina) - Croatian Foreign Minister Tonino Picula will take part in the conference implementing the Adriatic Charter and building the security system in western Balkan countries which is to be held in Macedonia's Ohrid
on Friday and Saturday. The conference is organised by Macedonia's Foreign Ministry.
ZAGREB, Sept 25 (Hina) - Croatian Foreign Minister Tonino Picula
will take part in the conference implementing the Adriatic Charter
and building the security system in western Balkan countries which
is to be held in Macedonia's Ohrid on Friday and Saturday. The
conference is organised by Macedonia's Foreign Ministry. #L#
The Adriatic Charter is a further step to strengthen the
partnership between Croatia, Macedonia and Albania regarding the
fast implementation of reforms and the adoption of standards
necessary for joining European and transatlantic associations,
particularly NATO.
Picula is expected to hold talks with his Macedonian counterpart
Ilinka Mitreva and Albanian Acting Foreign Minister Luan
Hajdarag.
The Ohrid conference is to be attended by foreign ministers from
Slovenia, Serbia and Montenegro, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Romania,
Bulgaria, Greece and Turkey, as well as representatives of NATO and
the EU and European and American experts.
