Urso, currently on an official visit to Bosnia-Herzegovina, told
the Chairman of the Bosnian Council of Ministers, Adnan Terzic,
that the meeting was due to be held at ministerial level in Rome on
November 13.
Terzic's office said in a statement that the head of the Bosnian
government supported the idea of establishing a free trade zone in
the Balkans.
Urso told the authorities in Sarajevo that Italy wanted Bosnia-
Herzegovina and other countries in the region to join the European
Union as soon as possible.
He said that Italian business people were interested in investing
in Bosnia-Herzegovina. In this context, he described as important
the construction of a shopping centre at the site of the former
"Arizona" market place near the northern Sava river town of Brcko.
