Glavas has told Hina that he filed the lawsuit because at a news
conference on July 3 Bognar accused him of having ordered the
liquidation of Croatian soldier Mate Sabic and of having taken part
during the war in the killing of Croatian soldiers, who were later
transported to the front line and reported as killed in action.
Darko Tolic, an employee at the Secretariat of National Defence,
has also filed a libel lawsuit.
Glavas and Tolic have sued Croatian Radio for disseminating libels,
claiming damages in the amount of 600,000 kuna.
