Mothers will not have to accept jobs outside their place of
residence until the child is seven years old. The old law stipulated
that mothers had to accept jobs outside of their place of residence
after the child turned three.
The amendments will go into force after publication in the National
Gazette, and not on July 1 as has been announced.
The law on the insurance of workers' claims in bankruptcy
proceedings was adopted unanimously. According to the law, the
Development and Employment Fund will pay workers' claims and thus
become the creditor of a company in bankruptcy.
Also adopted was the law on the commission for public procurement
procedure control.
