"This session has a historic importance because it is taking place
on two locations and is among the first ones if not the first one in
the world to be relayed this way," Racan said.
He congratulated Deputy Culture Minister Biserka Cvjeticanin on
receiving the French Legion of Honour award.
The government session is relayed via DSL technology and can be
viewed on the government's web site (www.vlada.hr).
Along with the government session, the Sheraton hotel is also
hosting a national Internet competition.
