"I have asked the Osijek County Prosecution to investigate the
claims and documents of the Centre for Peace regarding human rights
violations and its information on unsolved murders which occurred
during the war," Bajic told Hina.
Bajic also requested the Office of the County Prosecutor to
establish what had happened with the Centre's reports from 1993
which warned relevant state authorities about the eviction of
citizens from their flats by members of the Military Housing
Commission, headed by the then Osijek District Court president and
local Croatian Democratic Union official, Petar Kljajic.
Officials at the Centre have said they never received any official
response to their reports.
