Viteskic continued before the Osijek County Court on Monday for war
crimes against civilians committed in Paulin Dvor, a village near

The two were members of the Croatian Army 130th Reserve Brigade when
they allegedly killed 19 Serb civilians in Paulin Dvor, using
firearms and hand grenades. The indictment says that they commmited
the crime together with a number of as yet unidentified persons.
During today's hearing, two witnesses said that they did not know if
a commission had been set up to investigate the case, as was
previously announced by area commander Karl Gorinsek.
The witnesses said that they did not know who had killed the
civilians in Paulin Dvor.
The next hearing was set for September 5.
