Following a meeting in Zagreb with Slovenia's police general
director Marko Pogorevec, Ostojic said that 35 percent less illegal
border crossings were recorded this year.
Slovenian police marked the same data which confirms that the so-
called Balkan route for migration has been altered and that the two
countries have succeeded in something that even European police
could be envious of, Ostojic said.
He assessed that co-operation between Croatia and Slovenia's
police forces was at an exceptionally high level in all segments.
Ostojic and Pogorevec spoke about co-operation in preparations for
the tourist season, the implementation of the Cross Border Police
Co-operation Agreement and co-operation between the two countries
crime police.
