ZAGREB, May 7 (Hina) - The Croatian parliament on Wednesday failed to vote on laws using a newly-installed electronic voting system, so instead of entering a new computer era, MPs returned to the show-of-hands system.

Even after two rehearsals in the parliament hall, problems with all
of MPs' identification keys persisted, so parliament president
Zlatko Tomcic declared the system insecure. MPs continued voting by
raising their hands.
