BELGRADE, May 5 (Hina) - Serbian Interior Minister Dusan Mihajlovic said on Monday that he would check whether an alleged attempt of blackmailing a Croatian businessman, Ivica Todoric, had been reported to the police. A Croatian daily
has issued an article about this case pertaining to Todoric, who has recently become the owner of a Serbian company, called Frikom.
BELGRADE, May 5 (Hina) - Serbian Interior Minister Dusan Mihajlovic
said on Monday that he would check whether an alleged attempt of
blackmailing a Croatian businessman, Ivica Todoric, had been
reported to the police. A Croatian daily has issued an article about
this case pertaining to Todoric, who has recently become the owner

Mihajlovic said that his ministry would take all necessary measures
in order to prevent such cases in the future and to ensure that no
businessman, no matter where they come from, would be exposed to
threats after they invested their funds in Serbia.
The Globus weekly quoted sources in the Croatian interior ministry
as saying that a member of the Todoric family received death threats
from blackmailers who asked for five million dollars.
