had been achieved to date due to the timely reception of an official
announcement of the Holy Father's visit which serves as a huge
promotion for Croatia, a press release by the government's public
relations office said.
There was talk at the meeting about the continuing implementation
of an Agreement between the Holy See and the Republic of Croatia.
The government representatives, headed by Premier Racan, and the

problem of refugee returns to areas of special state concern as well
as taking care of Croats from Bosnia-Herzegovina currently
occupying someone else's property.
There was also reference to relations between the Church and the
Sate in the context of developing a country abiding to the rule of
law as well as Croatia's accession to the European Union (EU).
